1. Shoutbox
- added a link to shoutbox.php (popup version)
- added hide messages from muted users (users that are on users ignore list)
- whispers in sb market channel aren't visible anymore
- whispers from muted users with "hide messages" enabled won't make them visibiel
- added send button to mobile layout
- added w/ button on right side (where Delete or Edit options are)
- w/ button on right side won't be visible on desktop ( reported by @Barry

2. Draft Templates
- draft title will now be inserted into new post / reply along with draft message content
3. Ads system
- fixed an issue with ads on top not displaying after refresh
- side ads are rotating again
