Vouch hunting is:- You keep asking vouches many times in short period of time every month.

1-2 vouch per month is good if you ask for it. but asking for vouches many times like 5+ vouches in same month that will be considered as vouch hunting.

That's why u got warning !

Repeating the behaviour , you can get temp ban of 1 week and +
