Additional Information: So the guy made a website for me and my partner. Ever since he made the site a lot of issues have risen. Now when we are trying to contact him, he keeps ghosting and telling I will fix it "tomorrow" but never fixes it

Just understand what is “bad captcha token” first then ask for a 10-20$ refund for the only thing whats not working in it(revune meter) simple.
