Additional Information: He contacted me to do $500 USDC to Solana, I sent the money to him, he blocked me. Funny thing the transaction was still pending so I sent another transaction to slow it, then another one to revert it, and he will never get the money. He attempted scamming.

The guy is a liar, he knows what he's doing I blocked him after he reverted the transaction. That's why he wanted to change usdc on ethereum and not other coin or blockchain. This is his address https://etherscan.io/address/0xe59fd20a3...5a2bc7aeb8
As you can see he tried the method first time before me and he never had USDC on that wallet
