Additional Information: other orders from this service was from Italy, this time they remove Italy from country list and I already have balance on it so I order from USA, but the LIT they do is just a scan from parther is 100% deferent from LIT I order previous times. I try talk with his support but 1 message in 24 hours is so slow. My deadlines is gonna to expire soon so I ask for redrop from another country with normal LIt like previous times or refund of this lit and my balance on website (25+25 LIT) + 10 balance

"Pickup" LITs are meant for actual UPS Pickups, when a driver is supposed to come and pick up the packages and not "Access point pickup LIT scans" like you stated. You are not understanding that you are talking about 2 different countries. Italian scans are not same as USA scans. Our USA scans are made from panels and not same as Italian scans.

The thing is that what you submitted isn't a pickup tracking. And in any case even for pick up trackings it is done the same way. There is no way to get an actual UPS driver to come and collect the package and make it LIT. We provided the necessary service and tracking is not delivered so it is perhaps lost in transit, which is what the order was originally intended for. We can't do specific types of "LIT" based on your requests but only based on what we have. So it is your job to do the research about the service you are ordering.
