Took me a little while to get my account back at first I had 0 clue on what to do as I couldn’t find anything relating account recovery. I would highly suggest staff to make an important post with information instead of “Contact this for recovery” or add it to the help articles
Perhaps have the recovery email public so people can email it with the required details and provide everyone with the recovery format so they can start the process
