The issue:

Mass amounts of non upgraded users in the marketplace. Bypassing the rank requirement via a single one time upgrade. 

Everyone pays fairly to access the economy of cracked, so it should not be so easily exploitable. 
I am sure users are able to afford at least €10/m to have access to the marketplace and sell their shit. But they
don't re-upgrade because they notice their thread stays in the marketplace. 

Very easy solution:
 

If their premium upgrade expires. Move their threads to marketplace archive until they extend their upgrade. 

It would not be fair to enforce an infinity+ marketplace due to local economies. We don't want to hurt entry level sellers. 
But we should also not allow people to exploit the marketplace and continue to flood it with #Bumps
