1) Go to namecheap,com and register a domain similar to a random data center or hosting company.
2) Setup a mail box (first month is free)
3) Sign up for an Aruba account on
https://www.arubanetworks.com
4) Use the RMA portal and fill in your details.
- Serial number (make sure you find one on eBay etc for the same model you are saying incase they want pictures).

- Software version (you can find this on google search terms like "HP Aruba J9729A software version" and choose latest.
- For the issue select something like "No Power" or the similar option in your country.
- Press "No" for has there been any lightning strikes.
- For issue write something like "We have tried and tested the unit with our backup PSU and cables, switch still isn't working, please advise on further troubleshooting have tried power cycling etc and new PSU."
5) Generate a "Amazon VAT" receipt from
https://pmreceipts.io or photoshop your own.
6) They will either ship you advanced RMA (highly likely) or contact you back asking for pictures and invoice.
