About survivors and PL 122

So, since the the Mythic Storm King is comming very soon and requires a PL of 122, i'm going to have to actually level up my survivors, which is something i've been actively avoiding. My question is: If someone has max FORT stats and all matching mythic leads/survivors, what's the minimum number of legendary survivors i'll have to include in my loadout to be able to get to PL 122? I'm asking this because i'm more focused on Trap Durability than anything else and i don't want to have multiple sets of survivors to swap between. Also, i know there's probably people that know this since Trap Durability is such a massive deal with Endurance
Also, a side question that doesn't completely relate to the topic at hand: If i recycle a survivor/hero/schematic, will i get a 100% return on materials invested (mainly refering to manuals, evo mats and perkup)?
