If my virtual machine "oracle" (that doesn't have any sort of security) infected with virus,

how secure is my HOST if there's AV + Windows Defender + MalwareBytes installed?

only very, very advanced hackers would be able to infect your host, if you use a VM/VPS. your host machine is pretty much safe from infections if you use a VM/VPS
