Amazon echo dot unblocker/whitelisted?

I got a bunch of amazon alexa refunded. All of them got blacklisted by Amazon. Anyone got a software or any way to get them whitelisted again or unlock them. Basically it can't connect to an amazon account and be set up. So it's just a white brick. And over tried a bunch of SE methods non worked anyone know a way that isn't SE or paying money for the echo?
