No explanation, no email. I was using my RDP today even, then as of maybe 5 hours ago it stopped and I couldn't log in, I figured just a network error, I checked an hour ago and still so I log on to their site and my RDP isnt there, it shows I have 0 services with them. I should have about 20 days. It is like it never existed. I paid them less than 2 weeks ago, and now I an worried because I had a lot of work on there that looks like it is non existent My client area doesn't show the server. I opened a ticket with them on their website then even download discord (which I loathe) to talk to their support they suggest you contact them on there, but the links on their website go nowhere..

M have 20ish days left of service on my RDP with them which I most recently about 5 hours ago but it completely disappeared from my account. Meaning ALL of my data is gone

They tell you tobcontact them on discord, the link t to their discord goes to one a page on starkrdp and the add username doesnt work.

Id suggest not to purchase until there is an explanation
