For instance, in my country u need to link your sim card (phone number) to your ID. Even in order to receive an SMS. Does anyone know a first world country (in like eu, north america, etc) which allows u to have several without connecting to your ID?

I'm from Serbia and here you can buy as many sim cards as you want in store, you can use it for anything without having it registered on your name or providing some info about yourself.
