If you buy the product from the official Apple website, it might be a problem, mainly because Apple often blocks devices for which they grant a refund. From sites like Amazon instead the matter is different, once they grant a refund there is almost no risk. I speak from experience

me personally neither.  I have refunded several Apple products and none have ever been blocked.However, I have often read about devices bought on the official website that were blocked after the refund.
