Hello guys! I am an Australian looking to do a samsung.com/au refund through PayPal. My PayPal account has had 3 disputes with 2 out of 3 being in my favor. The disputes were for people scamming me and not actual purchases from stores. The account history starts from about 2 years ago and I have done hundreds of transactions thus far.
