Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $60 for 500k twitter account + 10k-100k account

Paid him $60 for a twitter account, he refused to send me account and told me it was 'Sold' after we agreed on deal he then made me wait 18 hours for a response as I asked for a replacement, he then proceeds to ignore me while posting on his main advertising channel
this is outrageous Member in the community @lynix1000
Worst person to do business with on this forums very bad experience.
