Ban without any proofen ground!

So, we agreed to give a guy (Goku), to give him on our website AKAGen a 2 month subscription because he showed us a bug. He broke many rules of our ToS (I have Screenshots of it). In our ToS it says: "We have the rights to terminate your subscription anytime and give you a refund depending on the amount paid by you." He dont paid anything, so we cannot refund him anything. He made a few scam reports in 2 other Servers, but he lost both. Then he made a chat with one of your Admins KSZ, aka. Ali4526#8202. I dont think Ali read what we wrote in the chat, he just say yes to ban us, without any scam proof. We have 50+ Vouches, own a 3+ DC Server Network, and we dont have a single report against us open. Btw. Goku threatened to rape our Database with 11k+ private alts, and 300 user login data + IP. I think you must read the Chat carefully Ali.
