Additional Information: So when refunding was added back to c.to I found this guy, his thread looked legit and he offered fixing failed refunds as well. I had failed 2.3k amazon refund which he offered to fix, I agreed gave him login details and filled out his form. He started doing it and after some time he send me afftidavit which I sent to amazon, it all looked promissing so I asked him about what refunds he can do. He said he can do all amazons and if I order under 400 it's instant refund or max 72 hours which was good for me. I decided to order from amazon.es, I have received the delivery to my reship and contacted him about it, filled the form and waited. I gave him my amazon.nl order, which he started, he went to livechat and said that battery was leaking (this is old af method and it has almost no chance to work in 2020), he claimed he has private methods btw. After he done this on livechat he said to me that it is failed order and I have to pay him for ftid upfront, I was like how? But okay I decided to pay for ftid using mm @Lucas or @Hans69 he declined to use mm. He never started the es order so he wasted my money and time. He also offered B4U service, I talked to him about it he was like okay we can do it but when I asked for mm again he said it's on hold. Before opening scam report here I have talked with Lucas, he contacted him and he was sending photoshopped/edited conversation to Lucas, he is getting banned on n.to for all he has done. He is just very scatchy person and I think he is just looking for scam.

We don't have to offer you our service if we don't want to. The Amazon.nl order you gave us and stated is "fresh" had a return started on it and whoever started the return process didn't do it properly. You then claimed that you did not know and you're sorry - and you promise that the next order will be fresh. We told you since the .nl order has been tampered with it will be a fix and not a straight forward refund, you agreed to pay the fixing fee and acknowledged its a fix. Fixes are not 100% we tried to fix it for you and gave you an alternate solution which might work which is FTID. If you wanted to use our FTID with perks that's going to cost you upfront as we mentioned we don't offer FTID services like this but since its a fix and it may be a solution we will apply it to your order. If you wanted to use an alternative FTID service you could have gone and gotten a label yourself and we would have done it. You were persistent and declined it all. You're also blacklisted by Amazon therefore your accounts get blocked as soon as you sign up with the same details. We gave you a full guide to help solve your problem for free. We advised you throughout the process which wasn't necessary from our part. You were told to place a small order for 20 Euro's before you order the larger item that you would like to refund because your using a fresh account. You were told to wait for the first item to arrive and then order the second one, you failed to do this and ordered both the items at the same time. We said that's fine we can manage so we continued with your order - after you filled out the form we found out that you're using a very known Spanish reship company. You needed to mention that you're using a reship company before placing an order. But that's not the main reason we declined to do this .es order for you, you became rude and forceful as if we have obligation after all this to do anything for you. You weren't sticking to anything kept on pressuring for the .nl order when we made our terms clear at the start and at the end. In the amidst of all of this you also gave us 2-3 accounts to check that had failed Amazon refunds - you're calling us sketchy - you gave us accounts that are banned, and had failed refunds with different billings etc. That's not common with regular customers. We also asked if you had an SE service on Cracked.to you refused and said no, but in fact you have it in the profile signature and the thread can be found here: https://cracked.to/Thread-50-OFF-PROMO-L...ovo?page=2  You're calling us time wasters - people have called you a time waster, who are reputable. 
And the reason your "reviews" are being deleted from our thread by Cracked.to staff is because they are unreasonable and hold no value. You accused staff to be "covering" for us when we don't even know staff members. The bottom line is your comments are irrelevant and unfeasible therefore they are being removed from our thread by Staff members. Now do not start accusing staff members of "covering" or doing anything against the forum rules.

Furthermore as you've been mentioning for over a day now that we will be banned on N.to soon - Just like you've spoken to the admin @Lucas so have we and the matter is closed he kindly out of his own free time guided you on how to return your items from the Spanish reship back to Amazon to get your money back which we also told you that is always an option to return your items and get your funds back. If any action was going to get taken against us on any forum the Admin or staff would take it immediately. So therefore stop spreading false information.

You know you have done something wrong you never told me I can't use reship, I told you that my order is delivered to reship and you said okay to that. You never told me to order 20€ item before you said that I should order something for 10-12% price of the item I want refunded which I did. Why you declined to use mm with every deal we had? The account was fresh you fucked up the order by saying battery leaked other refunders laughed at what you did. Yes I can return the items but I will lose some money there because of your actions. The comments on your thread shouldn't be deleted because it's my personal experience with you.

If we've done anything wrong, then action will be taken against us by N.to staff. But the matter has already been dealt with by Lucas the Admin. We've not been banned nor have we had to pay or do anything for you. We're all good. Now you're butt hurt and trying to trash with every possible opportunity you can get.
