I would go with C#, there are many reasons for using it, so yeah. Good luck!

python is really good and powerfull

Python is definitely a great choice as far as library selection goes. You'll be able to put stuff together from blocks rather than reinvent the wheel.

However, for any type of large volume scrapping, it has one major disadvantage you need to be aware of: GIL

I would definitely go with C#, there are several reasons: it's fast, easy to code and you can also do some fancy forms if you want to make it look nice!
