i opened a dispute before and I closed it because uan account gave me but the account didn't last even 12 hours and the truth I don't plan to lose all my money, the first account was already blocked and it took a long time for me to respond and it was because of the dispute, then he gave me a replacement account on November 1 and it was banned on the 2nd since I lost money on account number 1 since it can't be withdrawn and the truth I can't be trusting in something they ban in 1 day added the description of my other post

I clearly explanied the user he logged in to account at 1 november and he didnt report any issues until today but coming today at 19 november (18 days later)

telling me his account somewhat got rescrited after 12 hours upon login which he didnt tell me at all for 18 days

i still kindly offered him a replamecent since this is best i can do and i cant know the back story of the account (how many devices he logged in, if he did any transcations etc.)

as i told him in chat aswell if this issue was told to me directly or happened today i will be pretty happy to offer a refund aswell

But as of right now best i can do is a replamecent i cant offer you a refund cause you didnt report a issue like this for almost 3 weeks and i cant know how the account is used

friend there had already been a problem with the previous account and you replaced it for me, do not report the problem since I was just talking to one of your sellers to buy balance but my surprise was that when I finally found someone to sell me revolut balance it could not be done since the account was banned in less than 24 hours, you can even access the email do not change any data and even buy a smartphone for the account, but the truth if you give me jn replacement they would already be 3 accounts banned (with the new one) and I can not recharge balance and lose each account because they ban them very quickly, that's why I ask for a refund, and I also mentioned to you that it was strange that he wouldn't let me create the card in the group and one of your members mentioned that he would recharge the balance first so I thought that was it, but I hadn't checked the email, until today I sent the code to try again since the revolut balance seller mentioned to me that it wasn't necessary
