Honestly I'd just cash DOGE out to Jaxx and convert it to Bitcoin. Minimum cashout is $3.50, which is on the higher side but its a decent price to pay for instant cryptocurrency withdrawals. Payouts can be held sometimes which is somewhat of an inconvenience.
