2.You install the client
3. make a gmail account.

Adv settings
add google account
then new account

Hey when did you last try this? I just downloaded bluestacks and it doesnt allow me to create an account only allows me to log in.
Bluestacks settings only include : select imei, manage contacts, and import windows files. 
Trying to create a gmail acc using the settings also only lets you log in to an account no creating maybe they changed it since you last tried.
