We are so sorry that you have this kind of experience with our service, unfortunately as said already to you on TG our business partner left the business with such prices. As of this, you were in a "wrong place at the wrong time" and thats why I needed to charge you extra fee for the refund. As we are a small and private group, our fees are also low 10% . Your refund fee would be in that case 50$ but as we needed to get new business partner, our investment for refund would be min. 70$ which means that our job could not been paid and we would be in lost for this refund.
(also you already had other refund done with us, and you have been satisfied with it, so you know that we are legit and try our best :) )
