I bought a Samsung Odyssey HMD from Amazon worth around $500 3 years ago, it actually got quite damaged, the thing that makes it tight on your head doesn't work anymore it's loose af. So it's basically unusable.

I know it's out of its warranty already with Samsung so I didn't bother trying with them. Can Amazon actually give me a refund or replacement? I am hoping for the refund though, heck, maybe a $250-$300 refund would be good enough for me.

Is this possible? Got any tips on how to SE this? If you were me how would you go about this?

I think you cant! Because look, you have only 14 days to return and thats why the FTID wont work and also DNA and EB wont work because you got it 3 years ago. It's almost impossible! PepeGlad
