This is on the same lines as "eating garlic cures Corona" and similar. other than a vaccine ain't nothin gonna cure this.

It wouldn't "beat" it, but would probably help prevent it. It certainly wouldn't hurt.

If you want to help build up your immune system by a small margin, then yes, Vitamin C might be a good idea.
Will it beat Coronavirus? No.
