Okay so I bought a new pc and monitor friday last week and got them saturday.
I've been on the phone to them as the pc wasnt working after I had to do a resh OS install because of another earlier before... they said they could replace my NVDIA graphics card or take my pc back into the warehouse to fix but I use my pc for work which they know as I told them.
They know I'm not happy but i havent asked them for a refund yet.
I've been on the phone to then twice now and the computer is not even a week old.
The agent even came on quick assist (like teamvorwer but built in to windows) for an hour and could not do it... which is when he said about the swap for a new graphics card. Meaning I'll have to take my current one out of my pc. I dont know a thing about PC equipment so I wouldn't be comfortable with that either.
Is there anyone that could refund this or is there no chance?
My order was £780 paid with PayPal.
Will pay whoever does a fee upon refund completion =)
