I noticed that after some time, you can't write in shoutbox anymore, this is caused by hcaptcha, since every time you have this issue and try to refresh,
you need to solve the captcha, and only then you are able to type again.
Not sure if this is intended but it's quite annoying sometimes since you can't respond that quickly if anyone pings you, nor does it have a good purpose in my opinon
