Cant Factory Reset PC

Hey guys,

im having a lot of trouble resetting my pc,

when i go to settings and click reset pc the settings app crashes,

when i try to open command or powershell it says "no such interface supported"
i also dont have the option to run things as administrator,

i cant open registory editor to try and fix anything either because i get the same message "no such interface supported"


PLEASE SOMEONE HELP, THIS IS PISSING ME OFF Pepi

Create installation media for windows 10 on a flash drive (at least 8GB)
then boot into recovery mode, and reinstall windows from the usb

safe mode??? and the windows installation file is an exe file which i cant open, cant open exe files for some reason, that was my first problem i had, now all i get is "no such interface supported"

what about making a batch file that runs the exe for you?

back up your stuff, then do a fresh install. Looks like these other guys posted some tutorials. :)

I ended up sorting it out everything was fine, then woke up next day and now my power supply is fucked, pc is just black screen  lol2
