Case insensitive for smiles

My suggestion is basically the same what happens in shoutbox, you can use emotes on shoutbox like :MaD: or :MAD: because it's case insensitive, but that doesn't happen with threads/posts, my suggestion is basically do exactly the same but for threads and posts.
