Clear banned user's profile

Why banned users keep their usertitle and signature etc? They are banned but members could still go visit their services or whatever and might up getting scammed. I think users that gets banned should get clear signature and usertitle. 
I'm talking about scammers that got banned, not other bans like security ofc.
