Well Create a grid layout of 5 columns and 1 row,and insert ur card element for cols 1 and 5,that should get u card on either side of those three cards.
If u are unable to set pricing,then i would recommend to set a Free Pricing to the left and a Premium Pricing to the right.Ur requirement is not clear ,kindly explain in a little detail that would help
