Sorry for replying on a scam thread that i'm not involved in but

He sold you an account which is "AWS FREE TIER ACCOUNT" which is advertised that will work on free tier "1GB" using beyond that is aws abuse for non payment, unless you put your own cc and actually pay for them, then it  will work. Why? aws changed their policy into randomly charging for an instance instead after 30 days.

Ex: He registered with $1 VCC which was used successfully to get free tier. You opened an 8gb ram rdp which was running in an "hour". AWS charges like $0.01 for that 1 hour since the cc is empty the panel would be blocked.

It has limits but it doesn't mean you can create them without paying for it. Also @waraccounts you may want to change the thread title in order to not confuse the newbies.
