CoinCard (CoinChange) was caught reselling Moon's VCCs (even with extra fees) which is against their ToS. The chat channel is removed(or either hidden) and the founder of Moon announced that purchasing VCCs off third parties is risky and could lead to potential scam. To be safe, please use alternative exchanges such as FixedFloat, Exodus, or FTX.
