GetDataBack is the best software for recovering data that i've ever used, it is simple to use and does the work
Data recovery is
not 100% guaranteed since data can be overwritten or in some cases be corrupted
Recovery softwares works better with
HDD, but GetDataBack page says it works with SSD too.

It supports NTFS, FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, exFAT, EXT, EXT2, EXT3, EXT4, HFS+, APFS
The feature that i like about it is that it can recovery file names and directory structure (folder location)
