Additional Information: Been using crazyrdp since the start of 2024. There were a few months that I didn't pay in time (a day or two+ later) but had the same message in CP "terminated" after paying the invoice the files were still on my server but this time when I paid (after 10days due) they weren't able to restore my RDP with my files and I told them to refund the money if I can't get back RDP with my files. I wouldn't have paid if there wasn't my server listed in invoice to pay as I was expecting to have the same RDP with the files I had. I don't need their services anymore.
