I see people are creating Rust FA accounts and selling them.
One way is to refund steam wallet codes, but wouldn't the account get locked or wallet removed.
Another would be to buy in other regions but in Russia for example it costs 11€ while people are selling FAs for 10€.
Any ideas on how it's possible?
