The worst refunders I have ever seen. Banned me from the telegram for complaining about the lack of communication. Called me a whole bunch of names for absolutely no reason. They are extremely unprofessional and of course threatened to reputation bomb me for complaining on the forums here. Go ahead and do it. This is an honest review of my experience with you guys.

You put your order in ~48 hours ago and complained with an outburst in chat. We have many customers who can attest with over 5k+ completed refunds in the last year. Your opinion does not and will not matter to me as you are a child and can not understand COMMUNICATION. Stop feeling entitled and go use an E-Book refunder. We don't want you here

I filled out my ticket on November 28th. It is now Dec 2nd and no work was done on my order. You are on drugs bro. Pathological liar. I am giddy with excitement that you keep on engaging with me over this because I am literally destroying you right now. You have shown yourself to be nothing but a liar. And I have exposed you.

 Protip : Fix your website so your refunders can actually pull the tickets. His website doesn't work. Refunder kept asking me questions about stuff I have already submitted in my ticket which he didn't have access too.

It was never a discussion of whether or not workers could access tickets. It was more about more information needed since YOU did not follow instructions and make an account like everybody else. More information was needed like your full name, etc. Just because your inability to read the rules and have any comprehension or communication skills does not mean you are entitled to anything in our group or even on this forum. I give you an A for effort though kiddo. I would love to see your explanation from this considering everything you have said prior has been completely WRONG or UNTRUTHFUL. Have a splendid day :).

 Everybody on this forum can read english and see how defensive you guys are. All you can do is name call and lie. I filled out my ticket with ALL of my information. Heck I spent 10 minutes meticulously filling out every thing you guys asked on your lengthy form. Why not just pull that up?  

 You guys are lucky I can no longer access the telegram group chat so I can screenshot where Fuego said he was going to fire the USA refunder if he didn't start working. I encourage everybody else to go and look before he deletes that. He was complaining for days about how the USA refunder wasn't working. 

 You guys have shown yourselves to be nothing but liars. You thought threatening to rep bomb me would stop me from making this thread. Well it hasn't, because anybody can see you guys are horrible people.
