Custom Theme Background

The Forum has plenty of options to customize the looks of the Forum for the User, but its missing Custom Theme Backgrounds

Add a Custom Theme Background Option where you can upload a custom picture, because at the moment there are only 5, 1 of them removes the background

 

I could imagine something like this:



So basically to have 3 Custom Slots for Pictures
And maybe have more based on the UserRank
