Additional Information: I bought a wise eu account from their autoshop and I couldn't log in to the account since the login to the gmail account didnt work. I texted him on telegram and his support agent said "that they acidentally sold the account twice". He said hes gonna send me a new one but it would take a few business days but I needed the account at that moment so I just told him to refund me. He said he will issue a refund and I asked him how long its gonna take he said should be processed until end of the day because apparently his "boss" is the only one with the access to the shop wallets. All that was yesterday so I still didnt receive any refund.

Btw I haven't received any answer from his "support" the whole day long. Nothing about refund or anything just nothing. They are just ghosting now after saying that they gonna process a refund yesterday. Saying that the refund is gonna be processed by the end of the day and then not saying sh for 2 whole days?
Hope this gets resolved as soon as possible or that the seller gets banned because this is just ridiculous.
