Additional Information: I purchased $157 worth of Rock Auto gift cards from Vipcoos for $86.35 on Oct 14th/15th and placed my Rock Auto order on the same day. After 7 days of no shipping update I email Rock Auto for update and recieve this responce https://imgur.com/a/GeJ8FY2
I informed Vipcoos and his response was "I clearly said start with small orders. But users are ignoring and doing large orders with giftcards" https://imgur.com/a/FPE36bT Vipcoos never stated to start with a "small order" nor did he state that on his Sale Thread.
I am not the first member for this to happen to and all I am asking is for the other half of my refund.
