Additional Information: Bought the rock auto gift cards for personal use and when I attempted to use them on multiple orders I got different errors. I contacted seller informing him of my issues and he claims there aren't any issues with the gift cards and to check my account and address. I've tried multiple residential and other addresses to no success. There is also nothing wrong with my account and it also has prior orders on it. I feel as if seller is selling the gift cards maliciously knowing they aren't usable since his channel has no vouches for actual orders used with the sold gift cards, only him providing the gift cards. Proofs: Email 1, email 2, invalid/checkout error 1, invalid/checkout error 2

I did not give him my gift card all at once, so he misinterpreted how to use it. Every time he used the gift card, he verified the balance, and he has to specify which gift card was incorrect.

I can not help him now because he has used giftcodes for purchases, and it is flagged by rockauto system. for all customers, I send first order maximum of $100 becasue of giftcord may flag due to many reasons. 

I can offer him 50% refund from total amount becasue of he faces this issue, also 75% off for future orders from me.

Also for full refund, provide me full giftcodes with right amount after rockauto refunded back

I showed the cards that were invalid, I just censored them. You had no set guidelines on how to use them. I did all my due diligence to ensure it would work.

The card balance will be refunded to your account balance or original card. so far I do not see the refund appear on the card balance.
