Additional Information: First off, sorry I had to open a dispute to get your attention, but you haven’t been answering my messages.
About a month ago, I bought 5 Netflix accounts from you. You promised a 1-year warranty, 24/7 support, and no downgrades. I told you I planned to resell these accounts and asked if they were guaranteed 100% secure. You said yes, they were safe and secure, with no risk of downgrading.
However, things haven’t gone as promised. The accounts started to downgrade, and when I asked you to upgrade them again, you were really slow. This happened multiple times. For example, on June 7th, I told you that two accounts downgraded and needed to be upgraded. You replied that I should contact you on June 10th, but despite that, the accounts weren’t upgraded until June 12th.
It happened again on June 14th with three accounts, and you still haven't responded or resolved the issue. My customers can't wait for (days) every time there's a downgrade, and your delays are unacceptable.
yesterday, I had to buy new Netflix accounts from someone else just to keep my customers happy because I kept telling them you would upgrade the accounts soon. This is costing me extra money and damaging my reputation with my clients.
I can’t keep going like this. It's clear that your method might not be working anymore. I’m asking for a refund for the three accounts that haven’t been fixed as per our agreement.
