it's not the proxies as they're working on my normal pc fine, and on a friends. But on the rdp, not working.
And no, they're user:pass auth proxies.

It's the proxies. How did you type the proxies in the proxy section of the debugger? You need to make sure you tick the box, then follow it like this: (http) then your proxy here.
If you didn't do that, it's not going to work in the debugger. Also, do you mind if I know which config you're trying to run? Another issue could be TLS which can affect the proxies connecting to the site.

The strange thing is, the seller of the proxies (proxies.gg I am using), ran the exact same program, config, proxies and it worked fine for him on his dedicated rdp.

I'm thinking it's something to do with internet sharing / bandwidth stopping it from using proxies inside rdp.
