Additional Information: I bought 2x xbox upgrades on 29th July and the product delivery said to open a ticket on their server and send a command. The owner replied the next day (30th July) and said he’ll deliver the keys when i’m online so i pinged him when i was although he did not respond after that until the next day (31st July) he said he’ll be delivering today and that was the last time i heard from him. he has stopped responding since.

I mean atleast lmk what’s going on w the product i would be okay if he told me that it’s gonna take him a few days to deliver but well i don’t need the product anymore, a refund would be appreciated
