Additional Information: I had bought the VIP Membership with the expectations of being invited to a VIP chat as well as a private store list with limits , neither of which were ever provided. There is also a post on the Telegram and in the store list saying that Amazon.com is an instantaneous refund, and that for a 15% fee for VIP your order will be prioritized. It says that it will take up to 10 business days max to receive the refund and I have yet to receive any kind of update or refund for an order I filled out on 9/30. I filled out another order a little while after that and unfortunately have not received any kind of update for that either. I have been trying to get in contact with some kind of support and Santa also but to no avail. If I need to post the chat logs or anything else just let me know
