Additional Information:  Paid for instant delivery scan,he said that will be done after 2 days (Friday) then he didnt do it and said will do it monday,he didnt do it and he says he dropped it.Scans arent ftid to be dropped and i  am not going to wait longer and pay 165$ for an ftid

I'll just quote my post from another forum where EMacron has already been banned and hopefully will be banned here as well.

I was also scammed by EMacron
He tries to deceive in every possible way, that you bought a completely different service, that you provided the wrong label, that he has nothing to do with it, etc. However, based on the information in his channel, communications, he firstly sells drops under the pretense of scans, and secondly does not even fulfill the drop parcels. + I'm sure there are many more people who just scored on this 120$ and did not even open a topic on the forum that he scamed them.
Personally, I don't care so much about the refund as the fact that he didn't scam anyone else over.
