Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate - 8.99 EUR

Additional Information: Seller has several Xbox Ultimate gamepass threads which they offer the service. I went to buy one because I wanted the ultimate for cloud gaming since only the Ultimate version allows cloud gaming. https://ibb.co/Lrs5rXh .  No where on the thread or the seller's website (https://kenix.sellpass.io/products/XBOX-...E-12MONTHS) does it mention that this is only downloadable games. This is a different version called Game Pass PC, not the Ultimate which include cloud gaming. I tried contacting the seller about it, but left me on read for 2 days when I brought up the false advertising tiers. I also left a review on their site but obviously they deleted it, which is why they probably only have 5 stars. It would be nice to get a refund for this, and have the seller to state on the site and threads that cloud gaming is NOT included in the service.

Confirm that I have received the refund.
Even though cloud gaming is not promised exclusively , it is something provided by the Gamepass Ultimate plan. Should state it on the site
