Additional Information: Match was my paypal holder for a longer period of time, everything went well and he always cashed me out when I told him. Long story short, on 21th of June he sent me a random screenshot about his PayPal account without a context ( - https://ibb.co/6rH0kvf). I responded to him that I will help him resolve the account and provide all neccessary information (At this time I didn't know it was really an account block). He ignored my message, so I messaged him again the next day... responses were also really slow and I kept asking him, if he started resolving the account yet, so I can cashout my money. Finally on the 23th of June he started resolving the account (IDK why he didn't start it resolving the first day already). I also sent him proof of fullfilment from orders he requested, but since than he doesn't reply again  . I would like to request my money within 24 hrs, idc if his paypal is unblocked yet or not, I switched to another holder.
