Additional Information:
I had booked two nights from 08/03/24 to 10/03/24

I waited several hours to get the reservation and access to the room, only to have the frontdesk tell me that it was a "fraud" and ask me to leave (they had my identity information and contacted ihg support so that they could report the fraud). They offered me a replacement in another hotel, but I refused and finally made a reservation on my own to avoid any problems

Feldra told me it was possible to refund only half / or to open a dispute to get full, which I decided to do as shown on the screens
