I would like to clearify , i do not accuse this person for scaming , he is trying to be very helpful over telegram , just the account is not what i bought , i paid x3 the price for a fully verified beast account and turned to be 1 minute registration : )
Talking in good vibes , in case account cant be verified , i would like to have a refund. Plus i have deposited 100 euro into the account , seller can keep them anyway , especially if he doesnt know to verify it correctly, just refund my order amount or fix the account properly : )

Account received on UNVERIFIED STATUS. But you are claiming selling fully verified accounts that is wrong. Screenshots can prove it.
Account is just one minute registration that everyone can do that , i wouldnt pay 140$ for one minute registration on some random details , you should have verified it properly.
Account received one first virgin transaction and locked with error that is unverified.

I am very generous with you already , i told you , either verify it properly as you are bragging , either you can refund my 140$ and even keep the 100$ i deposited inside , that means you are again in profit , plus if your account is so good you can sell it again.

Good morning , of course , verification triggered as soon as i deposited first time , as happens always , i guess you know that.
I have attached pictures above. I didnt said that you tried to scam me , of course not , you also tried to be helpful and i appreciate that , but you just delivered me a faulty / not as described product.

Verified means verified , simple registration is simple registration , you can just change your title of thread to : Selling unverified paypal accounts or something similar , that would be absolutely fine.
Its like i am bragging i am selling Porsche and i deliver Lada. 

I just tried to login and it says that you must complete phone verification else i cannot even login. Could you please take care?

No, brother. Paypal can ask for docs 10x times if they do so. Admins know that.

Paypal asking invoices, etc does not mean paypal was not verified.

Please do not spread misknowledge about paypal KYC, because its not accurate. We tried to help you with additional verification (which is not part of our regular package), but you opened a dispute anyway.

Hello , its not asking for invoices since i had no time to use it , please do not misslead : ).
It is asking for the first very basic verification.You said yourself above that you dont know how to do it since they changed their regulation ( https://imgur.com/a/Rk5RQVj )
